You won’t be able to proceed with the migration until the status of the transaction is updated to Paid. For a Direct to Bank transaction, it usually takes a few minutes to become a Paid transaction. However, if your pending transaction is a Cash Pick-Up transaction, we recommend that you ask your beneficiary to go to their nearest branch to receive the transfer. If by the shutdown date, your beneficiary hasn’t collected their Cash Pick-Up transaction, the transaction will still be available for 30 days. After this period, you’ll be automatically reimbursed to your payment method.

No additional steps are required! All transaction history and added beneficiaries from your Elektra Go Lite account will be automatically transferred to your Elektra Go account.
